Here is a small selection of some of the projects we have concluded recently: HRH_Bulletin_08.pdf    Acting on behalf of the Landlords, a Private Property Company, we agreed a new letting of the above named premises to T-Mobile Limited.Acting on behalf of the Landlords, Charville Estates, we agreed terms to create a new larger unit, now let to Costa Coffee.        Acting on behalf of the Landlords, Town Centre Securities Plc, in our capacity as Letting Agents for the Merrion Centre, we have agreed terms to let a newly created unit to Sainsbury's Local.                Acting on behalf of the Landlords, Invista Real Estate, we negotiated the sale of the Freehold investment to a private buyer for a figure in excess of our asking price.            Acting on behalf of the Landlords we negotiated the sale of this prominent mixed-use freehold investment to a local property company at a figure close to the asking price.        
           Acting on behalf of our retained clients, Whittard of Chelsea, we negotiated a re-gear of their leasehold interest, negotiating a share of the increase in capital value.            Acting on behalf of our clients, Julian Graves, we bought in the Freehold interest and subsequently offered the property to the market by way of sale and lease back.
