We are currently advising a wide spectrum of private and institutional landlords and developers in connection with high street, out of town and roadside development and refurbishment opportunities.

In many cases we are instrumental in identifying development opportunities on behalf of our clients by targeting land owners and occupiers but as our reputation in this sector grows we are increasingly being asked to advise developers and landlords on the retail potential of sites that they have already identified or already own.

Our extensive knowledge of retail demand and of investment requirements in this sector enables us to advise on the correct size and mix of uses to achieve balanced and sustainable development solutions and to add value.

We are currently advising on development and refurbishment opportunities all over the UK and are active and acquisitive in the Greater London area as a consequence of our role as retained agents for the Sainsbury's Local convenience store format which often involves creating new stores by the development or refurbishment of previously unsuitable sites.
