As fully retained surveyors for Lakeland we have recently negotiated rent reviews in Chichester, Cardiff, Lincoln, Tunbridge Wells and Worcester whilst achieving nil uplifts in Buchanan Galleries in Glasgow, Canterbury and Bluewater.
We have also successfully achieved rate reductions on a number of their properties and are now preparing for 2010 appeals.
Prior to their administration, HRH managed to complete several rent reviews on behalf of their landlords in towns such as Worksop, High Wycombe and Leamington Spa (which has subsequently been acquired by H&M).
